(Bill W) June 24, 2009 – A trip to the Pacific Northwest didn’t go totally as planned for sprint car driver Wayne Johnson. The prime objective was winning the $25,000 Skagit Dirt Cup, but it was a struggle just to qualify for the finale. This week, he’ll be back in the Midwest piloting the FattFro #14AJ at both Osborn, Missouri and Knoxville with the World of Outlaws.

(Bill W) June 10, 2009 – On a fast track at Knoxville Raceway, Wayne Johnson was one of the fastest. The Knoxville, Iowa driver piloted Marty Johnson’s #81 to a third place finish in Saturday’s feature event on Pella Corporation Night. Wayne heads out today for the West Coast where he will drive Harold Main’s #35A sprinter in Oregon and Washington over the next couple of weeks.

(Bill W) June 3, 2009 – With his motors still in the shop in Ohio, Wayne Johnson was staring at a weekend without any racing. Enter Marty Johnson. The two were able to combine efforts to compete in Marty’s #81 last weekend at the Knoxville Raceway. The two will pair up again this Saturday night, before Wayne heads out next week for the Pacific Northwest.
